n	norm young on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been proud to call Baywood Park my home now for 1 year and because of the great rate, location and fantastic service I have decided to sign another lease. Our work orders are always handled promptly by maintenance, thank you Gary! The office staff have worked so hard to address and solve any other issues including extra parking and pest control. We lucked out with the best view of the courtyard and neighbors to boot. Keep up the great work guys I know it hasn't been easy this year! The only reason for loss of 1 star is I feel the building could be cleaned more often especially the entry ways.

Generally the building is quiet and is always clean. Kudos to the cleaning and maintenance staff. The washing laundry room is just next to my apartment! The management team in the rental office is amiable, pleasant and so helpful even when I feel cranky and overwhelmed. I am grateful for the accommodations and for the entire staff.
B	Brittany Dearing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've recently decided to transfer into a new appartment, I've been with baywood for about 4 years and in that time I've had ups and downs with the turnaround time and repairs and sometimes it felt as though it was not a priority. In my transfer one of the front desk and leasing staff that helped me look at and get into my new appartment truly made me feel heard about repair requests and answered all of my questions very diligently, and that was Naomi. I wanted to come on here and thank her and let anyone know that if they are looking for a new apartment Naomi would be the one I would suggest to talk to, not only for the timely manner of responses but knowing that you wont be put on the back burner or forgotten and you will be taken care of to the best of their abilities. not only that but I wanted to reach out and say that the maintenance staff has always been super kind.
M	Marie Richard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m in my 3rd year living at Baywood. I live in a sweet that was renovated with beautiful laminate flooring. I love the spacious suites with ample storage space. Love to look outside at the array of beautiful trees and watching people walking their dogs etc… I feel safe and have great and friendly neighbors. The upkeep of the snow removal and/or of the landscape is always up to par. It’s like our own little community. The office staff is always very helpful and the maintenance crew is knowledgeable and very prompt with repairs if I send out a request. Great place to live!

Myla Undan was so very helpful and attentive to all of my requests and after I moved into the unit and discovered some of the appliances and such needing replacement the maintenance person Will Pierce was amazing I had a new stove and dishwasher within a couple of weeks. Rather than just giving my old replacements everything was brand new. I know that is unusual in any rental unit so that was very refreshing. I am really happy with all the help that these two accomadated my every need. This is a great place to live so far and I look forward to many years here. Thank you so very much for making my transition to my new home so very welcoming .

I am only giving 1 star because of the maintenance guy in our building which is Gary as it will take forever for him to fix something. So if you are planning to rent here avoid his buildings ask the ladies. I want to commend William for stepping up and also PJ both very nice.
G	Go Mode on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have finished a 12 month lease...i would like to continue staying on an agreement of monthly. But the office says i will be evicted because i dont want to sign. They have also sent me a message saying i will be responsible for the court costs. I just need 1 more month...Is this the way you treat all your good customers? I paid my rent on time...no complaints that i am aware of and i am not impressed with the office. If this is how the tenants are treated?

Do you want to send in a maintenance request, only to be ignored and have a maintenance man show up 3 days later with no warning when you're not home? How about prepping for roach treatments only to have the pest control service not enter your unit - despite the threat of a fine if you don't prepare? If this sounds like what you're looking for, look no further than Baywood Park! With management who can't be bothered to answer the phone during business hours, the Park offers housing at a rather reasonable price, with utilities included! The low rent cost is certainly reflected in the management style and living conditions. The door leading to our mailboxes has now been locked for over a year despite Osgoode Properties Management telling them to unlock it. This means that no packages can be delivered if not through Canada Post. Additionally, the office is usually closed or won't accept a package for you! Super helpful! Don't stay in the shower too long or you'll be scalded! Or frozen! Overall, Baywood Park is a great place to stay while you look for another vacancy with management that answers emails in a timely manner, consistent water temperature and pressure, and no roach or bedbug risk.
