★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a heads up to everyone. Atmosphere Return process rarely works. Had a few friends have the same issue and I'm having it right now.
I took pictures of the box, the label and everything.
Post Canada even says they got a signature and all.
They are not admitting that they received the package. Even Post Canada said they signed for it like they sign for every other package.
Apparently it's a very common problem. People always end up calling so many times, saying that they create a case number with a manager that never ends up calling.
I'm sad for the value of the gift. But I'm more annoyed by their total lack of honesty and how they cheat people out of their money. Never buy from there ever (online)!
