D	Diana Kennedy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rarely I leave reviews, let alone negative ones. I ordered socks through their website in November. One of the pairs of socks were obviously the incorrect sized ordered (my husband and I both have smaller feet and these were massive socks!). On top of the wrong sizing, the packaging was worn out - obviously opened and repacked. I contacted customer service for a return and although their policy does state socks are non-returnable, they would make an exception. I printed off the label and returned them, only to be contacted by customer service pointing out their return policy for socks and they would be returned to me. What a waste of time and money! Sorry - loved to have been a repeat customer, but I cannot recommend Latulippe.

They accepted my ID same day, and 5 days later they still don't know when it will ship. Maybe 1-2 days? Maybe 2-3 days? Customer service is super quick to respond, but doesn't give much assistance. I'm going to cancel my order, aand i don't think i'll order online with them again.

I received the order in 3 days...was supposed to be next day but that is Canada post fault for being unreliable. I actually ordered multiple items to get free shipping but after placing my order I recieved an email that some products were no longer available. I didn't want anything else so they still shipped the order for free even if it was below the minimum purchase. I will definitely buy again in the future

Had to choose an alternate item because the original item that showed in stock at time of order was in fact not. Packaging was deplorable....very little packaging used to protect contents from damages especially when order had to be shipped from one end of the country to other end.

My girlfriend bought some Merrell shoes on the sale rack, 70% off and we since we were in a hurry, she just tried one shoe on and the fit was perfect! But once we got home, two hours later, we noticed that the left shoe was one size bigger!! I phoned the Latulippe Quebec city store, to talk to the manager Benoit and he argued with me for about 20 minutes that there was no exchange...blah blah blah...that some people don't mind having different size shoes (lol)..blah blah blah...we didn't want to waste them LOL...anyways, never heard from him again, even after sending him emails with the bill and pics of the shoes!! Eventually brought them back to the Three Rivers store, with no hesitation!!! So this is just one of many BAD service reviews on this Latulippe store!!!
