Je suis très satisfaite de ses services. En plus d'exercices complètes pour la maison, nos séances portaient sur autre chose. Elle me faisait aussi des massages sportifs énormément efficaces. Jamais je n'ai eu l'impression de répéter ce que j'étais apte à faire seule à la maison, contrairement à d'autres physiothérapeutes consultés auparavant. Chacune de mes séances furent essentielles et appréciées. Je recommande l'endroit et la spécialiste. Je luis ais dit de canceller mes rendez vous en attendant et que je reprendrais mes rendez vous une fois que ce serait régler. Le lendemain, la supérieur en question m'appelle et je lui explique la situation, elle me dit que ça aurais dû être régler la veille et que c'est trop tards... elle me dit que je dois m'arranger avec mes assurances moi même.. je lui fait part de mon mécontentement dans le respect et madame s'est facher après moi et ma dit mot pour mot qu'il au d'autre phisio a Québec et d'aller voir ailleurs parce qu'à leur yeux je suis un client désagréable, que c'est même écrit dans mon dossier là-bas! Bref ça fonctionnait pas dutout et jais pas sentis un service très respectueux. Je dois y retourner mais je procrastine par peur de reparler à vos réceptionnistes... je trouve ça assez spécial de me faire traiter avec plus de respect quand je vais chez McDonald's pour 15$ que chez le phisio a 100$ par factures.. Le physiothérapeute qui traite ma blessure est bienveillant et m'a fait sentir en confiance dès le début. Le respect et l'écoute sont mis de l'avant, je n'irai jamais ailleurs! Pour couronner le tout, la place est magnifique et relaxante. The reception staff are warm and very kind, they accompanied me in the worker's claim process for the CNESST following my work accident. The physiotherapist treating my injury is caring and made me feel confident from the start. Respect and listening are put forward, I will never go anywhere else! To top it off, the place is beautiful and relaxing.
