★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only do we use Atlas Pest on our commercial building but we recommend them to our property clients. The service people are always polite and accommodating with tenants schedules. They take the time to answer our questions and we like their monthly reports to keep us posted on any pest activity .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved all my furniture away from the walls as per emailed instruction sheet. Atlas failed to contact me for access to the home (scheduled between 9-12am), albeit they said they called but received no message or call. Disappointing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kills pigeons by letting them slowly starve to death in cages and has the audacity to blame it on hawks (the cages are sealed shut). Absolutely deplorable.
Also, the "small business" excuse doesn't shield you from choosing to use outdated practices that involve animal cruelty, which other local pest control services do NOT do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We live in a really old home and there were rats inside the walls. Atlas went around the house and filled in all the spots that the rats had gotten in. To make sure any rats that were inside the walls could get out, and stay out, Altas installed one way small pet doors on the exits. This effectively sealed off all the exits.
The service was kind, fast, professional, and within the proposed time window. The person who came talked with me a bit about working for Atlas. He had worked with Atlas for over 10 years, and said that it was a small business, and that everyone took really good care of him, and so he was trying to take really good care of them too. When I called in to the support team, it was friendly and down to earth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sean and his secretary Bobbi were simply amazing. So informative, prompt, fairly priced and thorough in their expertise. I only wish I can give more than 5 stars. They also mentioned not to hesitate if any more issues but I can see Sean stands by his work. And thank you again for coming out on Christmas Eve !! You guys were a blessing for my family ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My strata called Atlas to come and do some work on the exterior of the buildings to handle a mice issue. Two of the technicians were having their lunch and I asked if they could take a look at a hole I had in my garage. Thinking they would check later today, they got to it right away. They both went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me fix several issues I had in my storage unit and garage walls. Cole and Jun were both super friendly, explained everything to me and did immaculate work to block off the mouse entry points. 100/10 service! Thank you :)
