K	Kyle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company never respected my time, the installers were never punctual, they spent over 3 weeks trying to fix deficiencies, which they never fully fixed in the end. Once they got fully paid, they were done with me, never once offered any sort of apology or compensation, for wasting my time, and damaging my wall, which I fixed. Product is nice, price is abit more affordable but I guess you get what you pay for.

I have chosen Atlas originally to do few custom cabinets for my new place as several years ago they did build some cabinets for my mom and brother and at that time worked well, even though it did require close monitoring to details and attention. Unfortunately , it was a poor choice. I had issues from day 1, when one of the workers showed up very sick and was basically laying down in my outdoor couch sick. I had to send them back home as we were not sure if they had covid. Days later they came back but things just got down hill. Almost every cabinet had some defects, my walls were scratched and floors and a completely lack of care was demonstrated. Finally, after attempting 3 times to build my master closet, I gave up and asked them to only finish things that were unfinished. They disappeared and never finished the work or fixed the issues. Please even if you need to spend a little more find a more reputable place and watch closely to the reviews. I feel since covid, this company lost completely the quality, customer care and trust. Even she dnt know how to deal with customers. so annoying this company owner should know her behaviour that how she is treating others.
A	Aman Kumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bobby will come with a the knowledge that he knows what he is doing, acts really professional, once the deposit is given he disappears for weeks. He will take months to finish a job and he doesn't do anything himself and has his office lady Nita reply for him who also doesn't know what's going on herself don't waste time hiring him. He's also really rude if he has to do anything extra. I called him out on the shelves he cut, and the damage to the wall he did. His respond was his installers are new and they are still learning and also make sure you don't keep anything valuable because he doesn't know them well. The craftsmanship of his work is 3/10 beware don't be fooled by his showroom, its a shared spot with his wife who does accounting upstairs while she fixes up his mess up. He needs to get off his high horse and get his act together. He's lost 259 townhomes and convention centre project because of his attitude and unprofessionalism
