The best place to buy kitchen cabinets in lower mainland mainly because of their service. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Company that has survived for 30 plus years in a highly competitive market has their projects in almost every corner of greater Vancouver and beyond. Strongly recommended

Been dealing with sunrise kitchens for a few years now and they are probably the best kitchen cabinet manufacture in BC. They are very organized with the process they have in place compared to other kitchen manufacturers. The quality is great and the price can’t be beat.

Sunrise installed the kitchens in our townhouse complex two years ago. When I contacted them today to add more cabinets they claim that they never did the project. They had already replace two of the cabinet boxes in my house due to plumbing being incorrectly installed. This was done under home warranty. Their communication is awful, they don’t know who does what and are now claiming they never installed our kitchen - really? The only reason I contacted them was because paying someone else to colour match our cupboards costs a lot. I guess it’s worth it though when you get good customer service elsewhere.

I am very impressed with their service. Cooperative staff.. They can craft very beautiful and creative cabinets. Would definitely recommend Sunrise Kitchens!

I've been canvassing kitchen cabinet companies in Surrey over the past month and I have been shocked at the response, or lack thereof, from Sunrise. For a company who says they are committed to treating all with respect, this is far from the truth. When I first inquired, I was advised that Sunrise would not install new cabinets off my kitchen. When I asked why, they would not provide an answer. I reached out to my townhouse developer and they put me in touch with Kuldip. When I asked him why Sunrise refused, he said that they were purposely turning away small jobs. Kuldip advised that he was doing me a favour...seriously!!! When I sent him my design and requested to come into the showroom to discuss further he said he would send me a contract, then I could show up at showroom and expect to pay 100% upfront. Apparently Sunrise wants your money even before going over your design and answering questions. Sunrise is now saying their showroom is closed due to covid. Management - If you're going to respond to my review and now lie about being open, you're going to lose more than just future customers.

Cabinet material and colour selections are good besides having few spots with chipped paint here and there. Cabinet installation is not satisfactory; screws of cabinet handles are so rough that rubbed off cabinet paint, visible gaps between kitchen island and its base moulding, cabinet drawers do not align and railings were not installed properly as all four drawers slide all the way open nonstop. After purchase service is not the best speed wise as the project manager claims to be managing over 20 projects at the same time.

My brand new condo kitchen cabinet was installed by Sunrise Kitchen. It's a small unit. I am shocked by over 20 stickers covering random holes on the cabinet everywhere especially on the lower level where you can see and will be used the most. The stickers easily fell off. So we requested them to be properly covered. Their technician came the first time and only covered 3 of them, but left the rest undo, saying that it's supposed to be like that. I later asked the office for guidelines or protocol to show it's normal for so many stickers on such a small kitchen cabinet. I didn't get a response. Then I asked them to come again to remove the stickers at the lower level. They agreed and came within the scheduled 2 hours window. However, after the tech saw there is so much needed to be done. He said, "You need to pay more to get it all fixed." I said this is a warranty from Kindred and we can't pay for it. Then he called his manager. The manager used the same excuse and said this is normal. I am still not sure if over 20 stickers on such a small kitchen cabinet is normal because I don't know where to refer to. Also, they can remove them and cover them like what they already did, but they just need to be paid more. Their actions and words tell us so. The tech fixed only one hole the second time and left because we couldn't promise to pay him more. We wasted a day off, hours waiting and talking to him. I am very upset by what happened. I doubt they would come back to fix the holes unless Kindred or us pay them more. What a poor installation, and poor work ethics, not by standard, but by how much they get paid!
