Our experience with Diamond Delivery has been 5/5 stars. Brandon delivered a large crate, took everything apart in the truck to make sure that nothing was damaged, helped us bring it into our store, disposed of all of the garbage, and was extremely professional and kind. We would 100% use him again! Great experience!

I wish I could give this company a negative star review. They were very quick to take my money and promise pick up but that is where the customer service ended. I understand it is difficult to hire good staff right now however it is not good business practice to have rude nasty staff who can't complete the simple tasks of courier services. DO NOT USE DIAMOND COURIER unless you want to be disappointed.

In the last few months, I've hired Diamond Delivery to do 5 loads around the Vancouver area and Fraser Valley. I'm happy with their pricing and service. I've specifically dealt with Amit, who has been professional and friendly. There have been a couple of snags with these loads (that's trucking!) but Amit and the drivers have always ensured that the job was completed despite problems that arose. Problems happen; it's follow-through that matters, and Diamond follows through and gets the job done!

I used Diamond for 8 years and they were great to deal with under the leadership of Trevor M. Since the business was sold and Trevor left the organization, it's been a gong show ! Rates skyrocketed, deliveries delayed, missed, emails ignored, double charged and triple charged for same deliveries, response times painfully slow or non existent and excuses increased. Unbelievable what can happen under new management, Lindsey March.I was a customer for 8 years yet nobody could tell me what my current pricing was !I’ve never met a more rude and unprofessional, person. I will never use their services again and strongly recommend you don't either ! Somebody is seriously getting fired within 90 days as customers will choose to move on! Part of the problem was they can’t read instructions and their was absolutely zero, proactive communication on countless mistakes. The truth should hurt ! Don’t bump your head on the way out the door!

I have shipped large crated shipments 2x for work projects using Diamond Delivery and they have been absolutely excellent. Courteous, prompt and professional. Also their team is legitimately full of nice people who are excellent to deal with. They also do really great work in the community. You will not find better in the region than Diamond Delivery!

Of course getting a quote and paying was super easy. I was told pickup would be between 10am - 1pm, when I called dispatch at 2:300pm because our item still hadn’t been picked up. Dispatch stated the guy picking up was coming at 4:30, super frustrating since I waited around all day rather then doing what I needed to do. We were told it would be delivered to point B by next day, it wasn’t or the day after that. When I called dispatch I was on hold for over 45 minutes, with no real answer to where the hell out item was. Super ticked off, will never use this company again

Received damaged goods, followed the direction of their driver and office staff in regards to a filing claim. Took three months to get a a call and told at that time the drivers are contract operators and don’t speak for the company. So the process now starts over and the pictures and notes the driver had are no longer available. It is clear they drag it out long enough so that they can reject your claim. I understand that they have β€œprocess” to follow but the overall customer experience was horrible. Stick with using ACE.

I wish I could give zero stars even though zero would be too much. I don't usually write these reviews but feel it may save another company some money. My motto is after 3 strikes you are out and Diamond Delivery certainly accomplished this. I should have know after the first bad experience to move on but felt everyone deserves a second chance. On three separate occasions Diamond Delivery either failed to pick up as scheduled, deliver as scheduled or not pick up at all. This in turn cost my company a considerable amount of added expense. The straw that broke the camels back was when I scheduled a time sensitive delivery for a Monday pick up before 3pm. At 2:45 I called dispatch looking for the truck and was told it could not make it and it will be picked up the following day. The next day (Tuesday) comes and at 2:45 I again call dispatch and my call was forwarded to voicemail as no one answered. I left a voicemail and here it is 4 days later and still no truck and no call from anyone. This type of customer service is totally unacceptable and I can't for the life of me understand how this company is still in business. I really hope this review helps another customer from having to experience this unprofessional behaviour.
