C	Cassidy Benson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for a taxi at 5:37pm. The dispatcher told me it would be about a 25 minute wait. I said I was okay with waiting. I got a text notification saying the taxi was here, the taxi was not here. Then I got a text notification saying my trip had been cancelled. The driver called me to ask where I was. I confirmed my location and the driver said they went to the wrong spot. I called dispatch back to request a taxi again and they said one was on the way. Then at 5:57pm dispatch phoned me and told me they're cancelling my trip because the wait time would be another 25 minutes and I should call a different cab company. Very poor customer experience and a waste of twenty minutes I could have spent waiting for a cab that would actually show up.
J	John C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall they're decent, polite and fast, however they did take a roundabout way to guildford mall, adding three lights and about $5 to the journey. Not the best experience, especially when he wasn't following his own GPS and I had to tell him where to go.

M	Mark Kurys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called about 25 mins in advance as i was heading to a mechanic to drop off a work vehicle at the end of my day. The dispatcher told me I will have to wait an additional 10 to 15 mins for the cab. They asked if i still wanted to wait I slightly hesitated but had no option so I agreed and figured i can make a quick stop. Arriving 10 mins prior to the cabs ETA i was sent a text saying that my ride was due to an emergency???? Was it cause my destination was was less than 4kms? I dont want an apology, i would just rather save other people from bad experiences I like this one so they can go home and see their family instead of playing with their balls n doing nothing. Clowns
a	aliyah kaleem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dispatcher was very helpful. I was super scared while booking the ride since I had to travel at 4 am Christmas Day, but the dispatcher assured me that the driver will be there on time and he was! Great experience! Would definitely rely on them again.

Can i give you a five back? Wait a minute, my ride took nothing but less than 10 minutes and you’re trying to tip yourself. He made it awkward for for me to say no. Wow ! That was a smart scheme move!. So my advice to you is never pay cash! The owner called me after having read my review and apologized for his driver’s action. He then asked his him to return my change. That was a class act!I hope that my next experience will be better. Thank you for your prompt action! Well done!

Was on the phone with the guy for like 2 mins booking a cab for the airport and he was about to lose it on me for just giving him basic details. Probably won’t use this service in the future hopefully the driver won’t be the same.
