★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always try to shop and support local businesses it this location has be turned off I'd rather drive to Napanee or kingston to get what I need the man at the order desk is always grumpy and surly, he shouldn't be in a position where he's deal with public!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, I am putting an addition on my house and got a quote from there and it was only good until May 7th as I was waiting to hear back from the bank, I went in there today to place my order and Christine was very rude with me about the whole thing.She said that the quote was only good until tomorrow and I said ya thats why I'm here I would like to put my order in, I explained that I was waiting for the bank and she said that it wasn't her problem. I understand that my problem with the bank isn't her problem but my quote is good till the 7th of May and today is only the 6th. Very poor customer service, Christine is not a very nice person
I am hoping to not have to deal with home hardwear in Hartington, I have calls into other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m having a really hard time appreciating the service and treatment I received from the staff at the Hartington Home Hardware. From being tailgated all the way down highway 38 by one of their delivery trucks to completely incompetent service, this place makes it really difficult to “shop local’ and support the community. From my 2 to 3 visits there, I get the feeling that I am inconveniencing them by being there. In my experience it’s not all the staff that are like this, it seems to be anyone that has anything to do with the lumber yard. They sound uninterested on the phone and in a rush to get rid of you. A little advice, The Home Depot and Lowes also deliver out here, be nice to your customers. I for one will not be returning. Your loss
