★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis ancien mécanicien et j’ai confié mon véhicule à Précision pour un changement d’huile et trouver un problème sur mon transfer case. Ils ont changé des seals prétextant que c’étais le problème et pourtant, ma transmission n’avais jamais coulé. De plus, ils ont levé mon véhicule par les ailes en dessous et les ailes de mon véhicule étaient croche. J’ai été la 4 fois pour le même problème et j’ai du réparer moi-même mon véhicule 2 semaines plus tard dans mon entrée. FORTEMENT A DÉCONSEILLÉ
 I am a former mechanic and I entrusted my vehicle to Precision for an oil change and to find a problem with my transfer case. They changed seals claiming that was the problem and yet my transmission had never leaked. Also, they lifted my vehicle up by the fenders below and the fenders of my vehicle were crooked. I was the 4 time for the same problem and I had to repair my vehicle myself 2 weeks later in my driveway. STRONGLY ADVISED AGAINST

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je pensais, après avoir lu des articles de blogues sur google, que ma transmission était finie. Ma voiture faisait un bruit de plus en plus fort et je minquiétais. J'ai appelé pour avoir une soumission pour faire changer ma transmission, et on m'a conseillé de l'amener juste pour faire vérifier si cétait bien ça le problème. Je l'ai amené hier et Sylvain l'a amené pour un essai routier, il a regardé la transmission a travers mon capot, et il m'a dit que ce n'était rien ! Que le bruit que j'entendais était seulement une pièce qui devait être lousse dans mon moteur. Ça ne m'a rien couté !!! Moi qui pensais que je ne men sortirais pas en bas de 1200 $ pounr une transmission. Alors que dans d'autres garages, on maurait chargé 100$ juste pour le check up ou pire, on maurait changé la transmission direct.
Bref je suis vraiment impressionnée du service rapide, courtois et honnête que j'ai recu. Merci à Sylvain et à toute léquipe !
I thought, after reading blog posts on google, that my transmission was over. My car was making louder and louder and I was worried. I called for a quote to change my transmission, and was advised to bring it in just to have it checked if that was the problem. I brought it yesterday and Sylvain brought it for a test drive, he looked at the transmission through my hood, and he told me it was nothing! That the noise I heard was only a part that had to be loose in my engine. It didn't cost me anything !!! Me who thought that I would not get me under $ 1200 for a transmission. While in other garages, we would have charged $ 100 just for the check up or worse, we would have changed the direct transmission.
In short, I am really impressed with the prompt, courteous and honest service I received. Thanks to Sylvain and to the whole team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kept my truck for 13 days, for apower steering high pressure line, when i got the truck back, it ran worse than when i brought it in, and it also was dirty, but what got to me was they did the job without my approval, and wanted 800$ for it, saying the jobber part was more expensive than oem, which is untrue...anyway, horrible communication, horrible customer service, and even worse workmanship. These guys are just overpriced part changers, not true mechanics. Go anywhere else, literally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually do my own work on my cars, but due to a tight schedule and after hearing great things about this shop, I decided to take an appointment for a clutch job. Clutch job ended up taking good part of a month. When I got the car back, the bearings that were supposedly changed were making noise in the transmission after 20 km of driving. Had to bring my car back 3 times to finally get it right.
I would not bring my car back there due to the experience I had. Prices are fair and was not overcharged for anything, but not having my car for a good part of almost two months was quite deceiving. This was a routine replacement, specifically for a transmission shop.
