★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderful osteopath/massage and pilates location all in one. One of the owners has been my Osteopath for over 10 years. It is a very new location. It's clean, calm and low key. Located in the basement of Nouvel Hotel on Rene Levesque. Last week I tried one of the pilates classes using the Reformer machine and it was great. It was my first time but the instructor was patient and very professional.
I highly recommend the Atelier Palestra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is some of the best therapy I have received in the city! A one stop shop with osteopaths, acupuncture, massage, nutrition, Pilates...! Most of them hold multiple certifications and are really patient explaining what ails you and the steps towards getting better. They all worked together trying to solve my problem. They work on some of the greatest athletes, even GSP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a patient / client for years. Love Julie's acupuncture! I loved the palates classes before COVID but hear that these classes are done virtually now. I recommend anyone working with them as they screen their personnel . I have never been dissatisfied.
