A simple question ends up costing the customer 24 minutes on hold.\ Why publish the number if it doesn't direct the caller to the branch?
D	David E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went here. Waited in line being the only person in line. Waited for about 10 minutes, was not acknowledged. The whole time 2 tellers were talking not sure if the conversation was work related. So I left and went to the other St Albert branch. Disappointed.
F	Find Your Ride on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible bank to do Bussiness banking. They dont update you ever when needed if you call the always tell you someone will call back and does not. The manager is usless could not help in anyway even for basic questions. Dont bank with them. Use anyone else

I can't go into very much detail since it involves personal financial information but the end result was a lack of trying to help me when issues arose. Overall, I have a very high opinion of ATB as a company and member of the community. This review is specific to the way I was treated as a customer at this particular branch.
A	AK Edwards on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch has very poor service. Long waits and tellers that are not efficient. In fact had one teller that struggled to open a sealed envelope! The North branch is a treat to visit.. not my home branch... but can do everything we need done. Nov 22-208 have an urgent matter to FIX.... the Manager voice mail has NOT BEEN updated since Oct2018! doe not give me much faith in this Location!

This branch in particular has staff that don't seem to know what they're doing, I've been ignored standing in line at the teller when there were 3 or 4 staff behind the counter having a personal conversation and just this morning I couldn't use either of the bank machines because they are apparently being "serviced", while the bank is closed. ATB is the poor cousin of banks with their lack of modern conveniences, poorly trained staff and unreliable bank machines. You'd be better off trusting your money to a guy in the alley...
B	Ben Foreman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time in and again the staff were helpful and polite and spoke to us as we came in the door. The branch was quite with only 2 or 3 customers but they where all being helped 40 minutes to close unlike my other bank. The manager popped out to talk to us when it was 2 minutes after 4 and our advisor was finishing a conference call. We had an appointment with an advisor Grace who was very pleasant and walked us through all of our banking. She would answer questions before we could ask them and kept a chill conversation as she wized away on her keyboard. She was very knowledgeable and offered to get answers to the 2 irrelevant questions I had. This attitude of getting answers and listening to customers has been lacking in my current bank in the last few years and was very refreshing. I suggest you stop in and see this branch for yourself as it deserves a higher ranking for my experience.

I was met with some very rude remarks from the advisor telling me why I shouldn’t. I have already switched banks for reasons that I know are best for me. I was made to feel small, judged and belittled. Seems switching was the right choice!
