★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to deal with your banking! The banker we were set up with was a match made in heaven for what we need in a banker and I couldn’t ask for a better experience with a bank! So happy with the services we got and can’t wait to continue working with them on our accounts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this bank and I love this branch! I the tellers are seated in cubicles which gives you a very personal and private experience. They are always friendly and even let me bring my small dog in with me (and give her treats!). This is my main branch even though I'm not a business/entrepreneur client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lost trust & respect to ATB/ its employee Lina (a Filipina). If you come in for mortgage pre-approval only, she will insist that you use her (Lina's/ ATB) preferred realtor. A buyer comes in & informed her from the start that she have her own realtor & just want mortgage help... but Lina do not respect that & insist her way, saying that she can work best only if her realtor is used. Surely she must be compensated in one form or the other for pushing this realtor. And for a buyer who had past trauma with another bank (mortgage issue), this stress subconsciously forces/ somehow threatens her to accept, thinking that otherwise she will not get mortgage help:( What a disgusting way to do business, very unprofessional & does not respect a client's needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an eye opening to the new world of Banking. Customer Service Manager Kim Shllaku is friendly. The open concept look , the counter services is leading me to see the new Banking style. So...awesome. Seeing young generation serve your banking need is so impressive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience has been extremely disappointing after visiting the branch for my business account. I was not able to get help with expanding the services I access through the bank. One of their team members, Jonathon Fletcher, laughed and mocked my line of business. He also would not allow me to apply for a business credit card and told me that if I wanted better service to go some where else.
