I paid almost half of what I typically pay at city groomers but got twice the expectation in customer service and canine satisfaction. Thank you Sierra for being so awesome!

Sierra made him look like a million bucks just did a really good job of grooming him. I have had him groomed in a very fancy place in Toronto for a lot more money and they did not do a better job than Sierra did.

His appointment was at 10am and we couldn’t pick him up until 4pm. The groom probably took a few hours as he was like a bear (he’s a golden doodle 65lbs) but should have done my due diligence re crating beforehand. Also not very happy with groom or $$ Would like to update my review from yesterday. I spoke with the owner this morning about being unhappy with our dog’s groom and she was very apologetic and offered to tidy him up which she did so today. A big thank you for her customer service.
S	Sylvia Derksen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I adopted an 8 year old Shnauzer, who has some anxiety and fear and can be a little "bitey", and aggressive. Sue, from At the Spaw, took her time and patience to clip my dog,Oliver. He had burrs,and matting , and, as ugly as he looks , Sue made him look good. The work area is wide open , so you can see dogs in the crates,waiting for their turn or pick up. And you can see the work table I mention this because there are some groomers that bring the dogs to the back where you cannot see where they're held or how they are being treated. My miniature schnauzer was particularly bad. He was very aggressive towards Sue and with all the matting and Burrs she did her best to complete the job which she did an amazing job. I was expecting toupee at least $60 and that's exactly what it came out to be. She spent a lot of time and have a lot of patience with my poor anxiety-ridden Oliver. They accept debit and have a tip option on there in case you're wondering. I've attached some before and after pictures of Oliver. Like I said he's only been with us for about a year and he's nine now. Please be gentle with your comments. we know he's not going to win any dog shows. And I think he's sensitive when it comes to comments about his rather large ears.
