Suffice to say, the service provided by this company is so far below any possible industry standard, that it would be difficult to explain.
They are unprofessional, unreliable, overpriced for the type of work that they do, and dealing with the "boss" (term is being used EXTREMELY loosely), is nothing short of a futile and tedious endeavor. Every promise made was broken. Every word given was not honored. And ultimately, about as shady and dishonest a contractor as you could possibly come across.
Bottom line: if you don't want undue stress while renovating, if you want quality work, if you want value for your money, and you want to see a successful job being done at your home, then LOOK ELSEWHERE. PERIOD.
How sad.

Perry stands by his work on the quality and on the thoroughness. They got the job done, and then some, and cleaned up. The photo shows the quality materials that went into replacing my flat roof with 2” insulation and the many protective layers. Underneath the two old roofs, he found and showed us the rotten wood that needed replacing. Negotiated a fair extra cost for the 18+ more man-hours to fix it all. Throughout the project he let us on the roof to see the various stages of his progress and to show us when the bathroom vent was to be installed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assured Quality Roofers replaced the eavestroughs and downspouts at
our complex at Windy Golfway. They went above and beyond the call.
They fix the facias that were causing the rain to go down the walls
instead of the eaves. They also corrected the membranes and shingles
to make sure even flow. I will recommend them 100% as their work was the best I have ever seen, because we have had a number of roofers that did work on the roofs before. Michael Bourne.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assured Deficient Roofing is what this company is actually abbreviated as. This incompetent and inconsiderable company worked on my roof and damaged my personal brand new vehicle extensively and failed to notify me until they were approached.
The owner Perry admitted due to his company negligence that my vehicle was damaged. Perry had asked me to obtain a quote from 3 bodyshops and promised he'd pay for the damages. After 3 dealership bodyshop quotes at $4000+ for the repairs he denied to pay for anything and told me to go through my own insurance instead with poor communication 3 months later.
Other than being inconsiderable about his clients assest, their work and ethics are extremely unsatisfactory. The company had trashed my street while working leaving the eaves and gutter pipes in common areas after they had left. Throwing eaves and pipes from the roof whilst not being aware of their surroundings and the final outcome of the result came out to be the eaves getting blocked, drain pipes having major gaps causing leaks and not being secured well enough. I wouldn't recommend this company even to an enemy. All potential clients should look elsewhere. Furthermore I have also reported this company to the Better Business Bureau.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe giving a 1 star is an over statement. The owner Perry comes of to be an honest and upfront person when obtaining and assisting you to get his business. When his company came to do our eaves trough and roofing they had left a mess in the neighborhood and did not pick up after themselves leaving pipes and hangers on the grass. The work they had done to the eaves drop is already falling apart and has overflown the pipes. Also need to mention they had damaged my neighbours vehicle in the process and didn't bring the incident to either of our attentions until my neighbour had seen it. Perry then admitted his company had damaged the vehicle after being confronted. His company did not come to a satisfactory resolution and did not pay for the damages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perry and his crew replaced our flattop roof which had been leaking 2 years ago. His knowledge of roofing from years in the business, his willingness to explain the whole process, and to update us on the progress reassured us that we hired the right company. They also adjusted the gutters and fitted them with guards, replaced the tile on our shed and fixed some portion of flashing on the side of the house. Everything was done in a timely manner in under a week and at a fair price, and all debris was removed as if they were never there. No leaks so far and Perry assured us the flattop will last at least a couple of decades. Hopefully we can hold him to that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perry and his team were friendly, did their work within the time they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond cleaning up some raccoon mess, prettied up some old flashing on the house, and a few other appreciative extras to make the garage more presentable and critter resistant.
After a few days of rain, i checked the work, and as expected no leaks. They did their job, priced fairly, and over delivered. I would recommend to anyone. Thanks Perry and team.
