Were clear on COVID issues with parts delays and expectations up front, finished the work when anticipated, and had convenient options to grab the vehicle when it was finished. Peter Stojanovski assessed the damage and costs quickly and correctly, stated timelines promptly and was courteous with his time during the car drop off (convenient parking lot right beside the office) to explain the details of the repair. The rental car was delivered right on site as well. Our car was ready before the stated time (8 business days) and Peter was flexible with pick up times. The quality of the repair work (rear bumper, driver side panels, tail lights) was impeccable. Hopefully, we do not have to visit Assured Auto too often, but when needed, we are GLAD to know that they are there, right downtown. We would recommend this place 120%, any day. Thank you guys!

Was quoted a reasonable fee and dropped off our car for repairs about two weeks later after parts came in. Repairs were finished ahead of schedule with the body work looking good as new. Appreciated that they even washed it before handing us back the keys. Professional and quality work. Elizabeth was very responsive and kept up regularly updated on status. Thank you to Elizabeth and team for making the entire claims and repair process simple for us from start to finish.

Elizabeth, in the office, is so nice and accommodating and made the unpleasant task of getting my car fixed such a painless experience. The repair is flawless and I was delightfully surprised that the car was washed and the interior cleaned when I picked it up. Thanks to everyone who worked on my car. It looks great.
A	Anthony Francescucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with this company. Brought my vehicle in for body and trim work on the front driver side. When I got my car back, the front driver turn signal wasn't working. No issue with the turn signal prior to dropping the car off. "Assured Toronto West" tried to tell me that it was a bulb maintenance issue (without even looking at the vehicle). Through my own research, it turns out that that they never reconnected the wiring to the driver side turn signal (see the photo). They have quality control issues at this place. I would not recommend them. Get your work done elsewhere.
