I got a car from Mahmoud and Steve. Their customer service and sales tactic was professional and friendly. Mahmoud was transparent and willing to work with me to ensure a good deal. Spoke to Steve, Mahmoud and Masoud when picking up the car and the experience was great. I plan to get my car serviced with these guys. Great experience! Great bunch of guys.

Looked at a truck they had for sale on Monday. Put a down payment and picked up following Monday. Sweet , excellent service.

I came here and bought a truck in amazing condition and i got a great deal, no problems and great customer service

I believed everything he said until I saw the car. He said, "I will get the reflectors for you" because it was missing one but nope when I had the car he didn't replaced the missing reflectors on the left rear side of my bumper. He said it was fully detailed from interior to exterior. Interior was way too dirty and still had lots and lots of dog hair and smelt like it too. Engine was dirty. When I got the car, all 4 tires are different brands. Not just that but two front tires are all season and two rear tires are winter. Now I have to buy used or new full set of winter tires and all season tires which is extra on my pocket money. I talked to Steve, one of the Managers of the shop. He kept asking, "Are you going to come back to buy the car?" I said, "Yes, I will come back." The next day I came back, he had a last minute meeting and couldn't meet me in person. I can't trust these people. Also two weeks of buying the car from him, I already hear transmission problems. Also, when they added my plate number, they had to put in PLASTIC ANCHORS because they screwed in different sizes and shape of screws to attach my plate numbers. Like how can you not have the same screws at a Auto Shop. He just wanted to get rid of the car because on the description of the car advertisement at Kijiji written by his partner, Steve, car includes remote starter. He then called me saying remote starter doesn't work so I'll pay 100$ and you pay 371$. I said no way, on the description it said comes with remote starter. So he did buy it but didn't keep his word after that like car detailing, reflectors. Overall, experience was horrible. When I saw 5 of 5 stars with 12 reviews I thought this has to be a joke. If you guys want more proof of the things I said, I will take pictures and happily post it online. Mamoud, I really hope you are reading this. - Mark Anthony

This is the second car I bought from Safelane. They were great to deal with - on time and on budget again. I wanted to add some safety items and they did what I asked for. A week after the purchase - I needed a minor repair and they replaced the brake line for cheaper than anyplace. Almost at cost. Safelane has been consistent and reliable. The same mechanics have been there for a few years so they get to know you and your vehicle.

My brother in law just purchased a truck from these scammers not even one week ago. It came certified. Within the first two days he took it to a mechanic where it was determined it needed $2500 in repairs in the front end that SHOULD have been fixed to safety which was not. Their response was they would supply one of the parts needed for $90 and that was it. Today, again not even a week after buying this truck, he is now told the motor is going. He called them to find out what could be solved and their response ‘take me to court’. Which is exactly what he will be doing on top of calling MTO and filing with the Better Busy Bureau. Shame on you for running your business this way. No wonder used car dealerships have a bad rep. Edit: I’m not sure how to reply on here? From what I understand you have offered a refund minus the taxes, and the cost of warranty, not to mention the money he has already put into repairs. If in fact you will refund to the dollar what he paid you I will edit this review 100%!

I found safe lane to be fair and honest. I bought a used van from them and they took take of the safety certification and licensing and fixed what we had agreed they would fix in a timely manner. They dealt with me in a friendly and respectful way and I would recommend them.

We came here on a referral. We met Mahmoud and he is a very nice guy. We liked a truck he had at a very competitive price. We bought it and had it in the driveway the next day. Mahmoud took care of everything and assured us to come back anytime for any tiny issue or mechanical service. We are very happy with our purchase and experience. I highly recommend.
