★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only bank that during a contagious pandemic insists cheques be cashed in person or its held for weeks, apparently new government ei cheques are not secure to deposit by machine if you never needed ei before. This "bank" is why this is spreading, how can a government cheque not be secure and need to be done in person... Only credit union, TD RBC CIBC do not make people who never needed ei before go in person standing in line unnecessarily risk getting sick, real banks care about their customers. TD RBC CIBC do not hold government cheques deposited by mobile app even if it's new to you, these credit unions should be shut down for causing public health risks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess its because this isn't a real bank that deposits from government issued cheques are held at the atm but if we all go in to the branch in person and share germs interacting with as many people as possible then there is no hold for the same cheque... that's definitely their way of thinking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to let your costumers use the ATM after you close which is 6:00 pm. It’s really ridiculous that we can’t access the ATM. I am considering leaving this bank because of that, it’s really a big thing.

The ATM is inaccessible after business hours. The door won't open after inserting my card in the card reader. That is my only complaint about this location and the reason I rate it 4 stars.
On the other hand, staff are great to deal with. I would definitely be giving the nice lady staff named Peachy a 5 star rating because she is great at her job and is very warm and welcoming. Always a pleasure with her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend just opened a bank account and had her first experience talking to a teller at this location, first time in her life having a bank account. Inserted her chip, didnt know to take it out and the teller said in a demeaning way "what does the machine say" rudely. Should have shown patience, yet did not and was belligerent. My girlfriend felt belittled by that particular staff member.
