★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called ASK on Monday Dec 27 at 11 AM regarding testing of a tile product. I talked to Rachel and for what I consider to be a reasonable cost I engaged ASK with a service. Rachel gave me as much information as I needed in an extremely efficient manner. An absolute charm to deal with her. At hour 54 (7 pm Dec 30), I paid my invoice and 3 minutes later received the inspection report , specifically because Rachel was still working at 7 PM. I called to thank her, but the manager Jesse returned my call 2 minutes later and explained the results in a completely informative and concise format. Jesse went above and beyond what one could expect of an immaculate professional. If anyone in Alberta ( I was born here ) needs assistance with hazardous materials, I HIGHLY recommend ASK.
