Weather unpredictability can cause a lot of stress leading up to planned events but Ashlee helped to keep our minds at ease by being supper accommodating and providing quick responses and excellent customer service! Their delivery team was super friendly, quick, and tidy. Would definitely recommend and rebook for future events!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented the tropical theme castle. This giant bouncy castle and slide combo was in my yard set up ready to play with in maybe 10 minutes. My kids never stopped they went all day on this they absolutely loved it. It was such a great gift. So easy for us too because you came at the end to roll it up and take it away. Great memories we will definitely be renting again!! Thank you so much.

She helped to ensure we had enough space for the bouncy castle and was excellent in communicating the day before about set up. The crew was friendly and set up only took 10 minutes. The castle was clean and everyone enjoyed it! Will definitely rent again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented one of the blowup castles from Ashley's Events and it was great! Our 5 year old had over 30 children for a huge birthday bash! The castle was a huge hit as they rotated through it! The staff were very respectful, courteous, and helpful. Ashlee answered all our questions and made this experience easy! We will definitely be renting a castle next year!
