★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great rental company more then fair with pricing, and helpful loading the dishes and taking them back on return. Large inventory and great parking that makes pick up and drop off a breeze. Every interaction with staff was friendly and helpful. Will absolutely use them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely would NOT recommend! Booked and paid for rental chairs in July for a mid-September Saturday wedding. Confirmed order (and delivery/pickup arrangements) two days before event. Called at 4 p.m. Friday while waiting for chairs and were told deliveries were 1 to 2 hours behind. Waited at venue until 8 p.m., then again Saturday morning (multiple phone messages were not being returned). Chairs never arrived. Took two weeks for funds to be returned - nothing more than an "oh sorry" offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what happened to this place. We've used them for tables and chairs at Christmas for years. The last two years when it comes to delivery and pick up, it's been a complete pain. Totally understand if they fall behind and will be late, so long as they communicate that. But giving a window and then showing up between 3 to 6 hours later with not even a sorry is pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed review here... Step 1 of our rental experience (selecting our items) was very slow and confusing. There was only one person taking orders (on a Saturday afternoon). That person was helpful, but the process of waiting in line took a long time.
Step 2 - picking up and using the stuff was mostly good. Pickup was very quick. 2 problems though... the first was they misquoted the cost of one of the items and didn't offer any compensation for having to charge us much much more; the second was that they packed the wrong item for us.
Step 3 - the return... was efficient and smooth. At our party, one of the glasses broke. We informed ABC of this at return and it wasn't an issue for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a bunch of stuff for our backyard wedding from ABC party rentals both ourselves and through our catering party.
When the delivery was made we thought everything was good but when we started unpacking the dishes we noticed the knives were rusty and the dinner plates had mould! They had obviously been packaged up while they were still wet. Luckily our caterer stepped in and got us new dinnerware. The rest of the rental stuff was okay.

Simply put, they were unable to complete this rental transaction. Dale left us up until after midnight on our wedding night while we waited over 7 hours for him to drop off tables, chairs, and linens - which never arrived.
Dale, today is my wedding day. You seem to be unable to communicate so maybe this will get the attention this situation deserves. As a first step, you can refund our rental charges. We'll talk about how you can make up for breach of contract and the $600 in additional fees I've incurred as a result of your incompetence next. Call me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not even consider renting from this company. Dale was responsive at first and in the end we were left with terrible service. Dale was unresponsive the entire day before our wedding while our wedding party waited from 9am until 6pm (when he said the delivery would be at 1 at the latest). This was after trying to reach him the entire week before our wedding trying to get more info about when our rentals would be arriving on the Friday before our wedding, it took several texts and calls before Dale gave us a time for our rentals arriving, which the company did not follow it anyway. When our products finally arrived, a large portion of our products were missing, we had to hope he would deliver the rest of our stuff on the day of the wedding.
