This the worst client service I have ever experienced with a ski resort. We booked the lift tickets and rentals online, but on the day of the trip we couldn’t drive due to the snow storm. They were able to rebook it for another day with a separate fee for each ticket and rental. Couple of weeks forward, my boyfriend sprained his ankle and we ask to change the date again. Well, they charge us the fee AGAIN for every single item. At this point, it’s just not worse going. Complete lack of client service that discourages to book things online and in advance. Will never visit again.

Great downhill skiing option for families, new skiers and snowboarders. We wanted to get outdoors this winter and enjoy winter. Drive from Winnipeg is long so have a plan. We felt rushed getting to ski lesson not being familiar with place. Turn off needs like a classic broken skidoo, statue or tractor so you can say turn at the red barn etc. Something fun and memorable. Anyway the little things matter. Service was strange due to Covid at rental shop. Lacked heart and communication. Hill itself with instructor, lift operations and tube hill were fantastic. Good to turn on lights an hour before sunset to power up, made a big difference to keep skiing until 7 pm. Brutal cold days so being able to warm up with young ones was critical. We have fun over all, son enjoyed downhill skiing for first time. Manitoba thing to do, say you ski at Asessippi. Cheers

Great family resort plenty of places to stop and gawk at the view, their pub/lodge in the middle of a 4-way hill intersection is such a nice treat to enjoy their personal beer and if you’re like me, after falling all morning I needed a quick tequila pick-me-up!! ?

The hill is great. I loved skiing here. But don't rent equipment here. My friends did and #1 they missed aLOT of ski time what with long wait lines and a malfunctioning self serve system. (which the employees either don't know how to run or the system is screwed up.) #2 when they finally got the equipment one set of skis was too loose causing them to fall off twice. After taken in for tightening they were still too loose and fell off again. Also goggles cannot be rented but you can buy them. (for $50 for the cheap ones). So basically go have fun but bring your own stuff and don't use the self serve system unless you don't have kids along.

When we first got there, we were very lost. First time there and the signage is hard to find where you are going. Once your there, you get used to it. The gift shop people were very helpful in telling us where to go. Food was really good! It's a cafeteria style but it really works as they get people in and out quickly. We went tubing all day and the Scotsman made our day. The young people there were friendly but not as good as him. I really enjoyed myself after I learned how to navigate the property.

Nice, helpful staff. The lodge is top quality and the warm up shacks are a highlight especially when you hit a -30 day! A bit disappointed that more runs weren't open and there were quite a few flat spots where you had to unstrap your board! Overall it was as good an experience as you get for the prairies!

Pretty good hills and very good rentals. Lots of good quality equipment available. Disappointed and surprised that one chair lift and about 50% of all the runs were not open even though there has been cold weather and tons of snow. The other lifts were quite packed, so it would have been nice to have more runs open. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Best place to downhill ski in all of Manitoba. A long 4 hour drive from Winnipeg, but the overall experience here is very good, making for a memorable ski trip. Snow was great last weekend, and they do good grooming for the runs. One negative is it would have been nice to have all chairlifts open. Staff on rentals, lifts, and restaurant lodge were all pleasant and helpful.
