I recently moved to Chilliwack and require some watch repairs/maintenance from minor to major and wasn't sure I would find what I was looking for. Based on all the wonderful reviews I have read, I am going to give Art's a shot and will update after my visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick, simple and extremely reasonably priced. I gave him my watch with a jammed button that couldn’t be pulled back and he took it fixed it up real quick and gave me a reasonable price. I appreciate him calling me as soon as it was ready to let me know I could pick it up when I was able to. Nice guy, good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice friendly gentleman. Yes he may have impressive watch repair certification from Europe. However, it wasn't until after my Breitling watch was serviced for routine cleaning and paid for that he revealed the watch water resistance is not under warranty. Unfortunately, I will pay the little extra for Breitling to service my watch next time
After reading the owner’s response, I suggest he make it clear in advance what a person is getting themselves in by having the owner worked on your valuable watch.

Now I had one...was quite nasty about my Tissot I wished repaired not an unknown brand and specially told me he was not able to order me a cemetery new movement. All the plaques n degrees on the wall ...hmmm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Art for bringing the 100 year old cuckoo clock back to life!! It came from Russia, with my husbands German grandparents in 1907. What a treasure it is. My husband remembers it on his grandparents wall in a small town in Saskatchewan. Not only did Art repair the clock workings but he also repaired the beautiful carving. We certainly know where to go if we need any precious heirlooms, like the cuckoo clock brought back to life!!
We recommend Art's craftsmanship whole heartedly.
