I started doing laser hair removal for the first time and was initially nervous but Cynthia, Melissa and the entire team made me feel safe and comfortable. I've found that some other clinics sometimes focus on "fixing your flaws" but I like that art&fact really emphasizes accentuating your natural beauty. The new location is stunning and the staff are knowledgeable and welcoming - you can tell they're passionate about their work. I trust them wholeheartedly and will definitely be looking into other services here!

She walks you through the procedure and enhances what you already have. If you want natural (w/ a bit of oomf) to your look she is your gal!! Ela at the front desk is also super welcoming. To top it off the clinic is absolutely adorable and super clean.

I have had the pleasure of seeing first hand some of his capabilities; and there’s no question whatever you are seeking you will be beyond happy with the results .Truly there simply is no one i would recommend more then this man. He is in my opinion the best in his profession. In addition to this his energy is magnetic. He is such a kind humble man . With no hesitation i would recommend him to everyone. And to his team of nurses and front end staff equally as outstanding . You will be so happy with your decision to seek him out .

I am very pleased with the results and how amazing I feel. My sergeon Dr Ramji is kind, listens, and is very good at what she does!! I always felt in very good hands with such a big surgery. Her side kick Antonelle was amazing as well. Always answering my questions and concerns throughout the process. She even got me in right away to see Dr Ramji when I needed them to be looked at. They have a beautiful shop in Marda loop and I can't rave about them enough. Go check them out! Thank you again!!

Thomas was so patient with me throughout the entire procedure. He could tell I was scared from my past experience, but not once did he make me feel like I was taking too much of his time. I had tear trough and mid cheeks done with Thomas last year and came back recently for a touch-up on my tear trough. He suggested we only treat the mid cheeks & apex of the cheeks to help balance everything out. Everything has come together beautifully. Definitely go with his recommendations because he very good at what he does, with a natural approach. This time around I also got Botox and he also did the perfect amount where I still have movement. I am very pleased with Thomas and everyone at Art & Fact. Friendly, professional, and most of all honest. Thomas has definitely gained my trust, thank you!

Having seen Thomas in the past, I already knew of his incredible, artistic ability and attention to detail and happily, I've now found two additional and amazing artists at Art & Fact by the names of Dr. Yeung and Tracey. Both provide that same artistic ability and it's clear they're also both very focused when dealing with clients. I had the pleasure of seeing Tracey during my first visit then today, I had the additional pleasure of seeing Dr. Yeung. I was incredibly impressed with the patience given when I had questions. In addition, I deeply welcomed the professional input as well as the encouragement I was given to provide my own thoughts. From my perspective, this provided a wonderful balance and goes a long way in developing a solid professional/client relationship. To nicely round out my whole experience, the ladies at the front are wonderfully pleasant and accommodating.
