M	MacKillop Kevin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a huge maple tree in the front of our yard, and we called many people who stated they would give us a quote, none did. Then we called Arsenault Tree Service, Vince showed up on the scheduled time to look at what we wanted removed. He provided a timely, fair estimate and hey committed to the date of the tree removal. They cleaned the entire area, removed all the branches and leaves, bucked the stumps for us to use in our fire pit. They placed work signs on the road, warning people of the work going on. The job took probably 10 hours to complete; Vince and his colleague were so professional and took all the necessary safety measures that a certified company should. I have already recommended their service to neighbours and I highly recommend them to anyone else who has a tree that must come down. Best to do it professionaly then leave it to mother nature and suffer those consequences and costs. We will definitely use the services of Arsenault Tree Services again, when needed.

I was very impressed with the safety measures taken to protect the surrounding area from flying debris. The area was left clean and ready for topsoil once everything settles. It was becoming quite the hazard and was giving pests a way into the house. I contacted Arsenault Tree Service and within a week the tree was dealt with. Made the other tenants super happy too. I will absolutely use them again.

Vince honoured the quote he gave me back in October 2019 even though it was 10 months later that I finally worked up the courage to take the huge tree out. We had no lawn damage during the felling process. They stacked the cut 18" length at the edge of my lawn. They cleaned up the lawn, the driveway, the deck all the areas that had saw dust from the cutting. They left the trunks at the height we wanted and even recut when I wanted one lower. From our first meeting with Vince, we appreciated his knowledge of trees and awareness of protected waterways on our properties. He ensured we enlisted support and obtained approval from the City Arborist in advance. Vince and his team arrived on time and did an amazing job taking down 9 large trees on our property plus trimming back branches from power lines, bucking up the wood and chipping all the branches! Of course our dogs were a bit freaked out about all the action and strangers on the property but the crew made point of going over to greet the dogs and giving the pet from time to time which was a nice touch. He and his workers showed up on time and were very polite and professional. They did an excellent job pruning our tree and cleaned everything up afterward. His rates are very reasonable. We highly recommend these guys and will definitely consider them for future projects.
