★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was moving into a rancher and decided to have it painted before moving any furniture in. Alex came and gave me a quote shortly after I contacted him. He went through the quote with me and explained everything clearly. They were able to start within a few days. They did a phenomenal job. We discussed paint choices and they had some ideas for me for feature walls. They were professional, courteous and finished the job quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and replaced light switch and plug covers that they had removed. I would highly recommend this company if you’re thinking of having any painting done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest, competent, reliable and on time are not words that I use very often these days when I am talking about people, especially people who are contractors. Those words, and other words like organized, polite and respectful are also words that I would use to describe Alex and True Coast Properties. Alex went above and beyond cleaning and repairing my hard to get to gutters. As a result of his good work and realistic quotes he will be back doing some more work around my home very soon. I would recommend Alex to anyone needing home maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very personable, trustworthy and easy to communicate with. I asked for quotes to paint my house and discovered that they offer so many other services. I have had Them prune our trees. They did a wonderful job. I have hired Alex and his crew to paint and power wash our home this summer, clean outside windows and now they are also assisting us with weed whacking and general yard help around our property. They are prompt, hard working, honest and do a great job. . I’m very fortunate to have chosen Alex and his crew. I would highly recommend and appreciate their services.

Alex is a great communicator and really ensures that what he has done is to our expectations. He is a really hard worker and does not shy away from the less glamorous jobs. We were so impressed with his work ethic, pricing, and flexibility that since then we use True Coast Property Services for all our outdoor jobs. We have had a huge tree removed, our house trim painted, and all our yard maintenance done by Alex. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I can say is wow! Alex at True Coast is such an incredible landscaper, very professional and friendly. His Quotes are very accurate, his work is quality and excellent. Alex is willing to go above and beyond and gets his jobs done on time. If you don’t believe just me, there are several other neighbours who have seen his work and called him, he has essentially cleaned up our entire block. I would recommend to anyone who needs any kind of yard work from small garden maintenance to big yard projects. Alex is your guy! Thanks a bunch!
