★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark came to our home to quote on a backyard renovation. At this point he told us that he would get back to us the next day for an official quote. Since this was going to happen we asked if he could trim the bushes outside of the home. He was Paid a preliminary fee (via etransfer) to trim the bushes on the side of our home the next day. The following day he never showed up and never got back to us with a quote on the work he said he was capable to do. After a number of dodged calls he was finally reached, by calling on a different phone number. At this point he made up the excuse that he was out of town and would be by to do the work himself and redo the quote on the yard . He then canceled at the last minute and has now blocked both numbers that we have contacted him on.
Mark also disclosed that he was working for another company before he went into business for himself and expressed how their values did not align. I feel that him and his company have not displayed any integrity, honesty or respect for their customers as their google ad would lead you to believe.
