★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ce n'est jamais agréable de devoir être relocalisé suite à un sinistre, toutefois, Arrow Location a fait en sorte que nous avons eu un séjour extraordinaire dans des circonstances qui ne l'étaient pas. Le condo était magnifique, confortable avec toutes les commodités nécessaires à un séjour longue durée. Le personnel de Arrow est gentil, sympathique et aidant. Un merci particulier à Steve Perry qui nous assisté tout au long du séjour !
It's never nice to have to be relocated after a disaster, however, Arrow Location ensured that we had an amazing stay under circumstances that weren't. The condo was beautiful, comfortable with all the amenities needed for a long term stay. Arrow's staff are kind, friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Steve Perry who assisted us throughout the stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super service, l'appartement sur la route de l'aéroport à Québec était super propre à notre arrivé. Les items manquants ou endommagés à notre arrivé ont été remplacé en 1 jour ouvrable. WOW! service A1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très beau condo (grandes pièces et belle luminosité naturelle). Excellente insonorisation - on n'entend aucunement les voisins. Emplacement idéal et super service à la clientèle de l'équipe d'Arrow Location.
Seul hic lors de notre séjour (d'une durée de près de 50 jours) : le réseau cellulaire et Internet n'est pas stable.
Very nice condo (large rooms and beautiful natural light). Excellent soundproofing - you can't hear the neighbors at all. Convenient location and great customer service from the Arrow Location team.
The only problem during our stay (which lasted almost 50 days): the cellular network and the Internet were not stable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the good keys when I got there (waited 2 hrs), the door lock didn't work.The rooms are ok... Small, no AC...Noisy area, there is a bar right in front and Thursday, Friday, Saturday's are very loud... Since u need to keep the windows open for air...
Last but not least... It has been 2 months since I left and still waiting for my deposit (1000$)... Every week they give me a different reason... Still waiting!!! It may look like a good deal but, I do no't recommend the place to anybody!!!
