We had to reschedule after the team was already on site and on our second try, the team had to wait 3 hours in their car because the unit was delayed. Chris and his team were absolutely wonderful through all of this hassle. They were extremely accommodating and provided exceptional service despite the difficult circumstances. Once in 2006 when I had a flood in my house and they responded and had everything moved into their storage facility within 24 hours and just recently when I needed to move our retail and manufacturing company into a new location. Fifteen years later, the service is still excellent and we had an uneventful move. Moving can be a stressful experience if you hire the wrong movers--the internet is rife with horror stories about movers not showing up, things being lost and broken etc. And, hopefully this will make this review dated some time in the future, they also observed good COVID protocols during the move. Highly recommended for peace of mind for personal or professional moves.
