I was told they were going to drop off my prescription off Sunday and I got a call asking if could wait for Monday. I did and then never heard back... They called me Monday to say they were going to drop my prescription off Tuesday and never showed so it's been almost 4 days without my prescription and I haven't had it for that many days when I take anti-depressants... Therefore I can't go off cold turkey and they affect my mood. I wish they had the courtesy to say they weren't coming and would answer their phone because I could have gone somewhere else. Very disappointed!

No consideration for patient's time. I called first thing in the morning asking if it were possible to see a doctor today. I explained that I only got an hour for lunch and that I could take that hour between the hours of 12:00 and 2:00. I was told to come for 12:30 and they would get me in. I arrived at 12:25, gave my information at the desk and sat down to wait. At around 1:13, I went up to the desk and explained again that I only had an hour for lunch and had to leave. The one receptionist asked if I could wait a bit longer because the Doctor was on lunch. This totally blew my mind! I understand the Doctor needs to have time for a lunch as well however if they knew that the Doctor would be having lunch at that time then they should have relayed that message first thing in the morning or asked if I could come a bit earlier or later. If there was a possibility of me not getting in to see the Doctor they should have also relayed that message to me first thing in the morning. I would have called other offices in order to get in during my lunch. Instead, I was lead to believe that I would be able to get to see a Doctor during my lunch hour. They wasted my time. If they did this to me, I'm sure they do this to others as well. There are Doctor's offices out there that are considerate and will treat their patients accordingly. Aria is one of them, unfortunately they weren't accepting patients today. I will not go back to this office again. My time and YOUR time is valuable, don't go to any kind of office where they don't treat you accordingly. This is one of them.

The best pharmacy by far that I have ever dealt with. They now have great a receptionist who knows how to do her job (as some of the past ones were not so easy to deal with) As for my doctor there she is great, always sees me in a timely fashion and is always understanding of what my health concerns are. Unfortunately she is moving to another clinic, that i plan to follow her to but I will definitely be continuing to use this pharmacies services.

My husband made an appointment for 4:30. We arrived at 4:15 and checked in. At 5:00 we were still waiting and told that there was still one more person ahead of us. At 5:20 we were finally called into the office. The doctor didn't walk in until 5:47 What is the point of making an appointment?

The WORST! I asked and got the first appointment of the day with the Dr., who was taking new clients as I was told by the receptionist. I had to go to work right after so I needed to get out of there as quickly as possible. I arrived and discovered the owner/manager had let a woman in to see the Dr. ahead of me, and not only that...she had 5 kids in tow who also had to see the Dr. The Dr. only thought he was seeing the woman and was surprised when the woman wanted all 5 kids examined as well. I complained to the receptionist who said her boss told her to send the woman ahead of me. When I finally got in to see the Dr. he told me, contrary to what the front desk said, that he was only there temporarily and suggested that I come back when they hire someone permanent. The owner also runs the pharmacy and I will never get any prescription filled there either. He gave me a lesser amount than the prescription called for (so I would come back more often) and when I asked what his dispensing fee was, he bullshitted me and refused to gave me an answer.

I dont recommend anyone to go to this clinic. The current receptionist is terrible and rude , earlier this year he had better receptionist i dont know what happened to her i'm trying to move my file to another clinic they are not letting me , plus i need medication and there is no Doctor to give refill , WHAT A CLINIC NO DOCTOR AVAILABLE. Save the effort and look some where else. Even the clinic is a mess , and the washroom is NOT clean. Bad clinic.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Girls at the front are nice, but the doctor has zero appreciation for her patients time. Waiting 40 minutes for my first appointment and ended up having to leave to get to work. Made a second appointment, waited an hour and a half NO JOKE! Walked out, never going back.

I called to make an appointment for my senior Dad with Dr Lori Ebbling Treon and after a week of waiting for them to book the appointment I was told he was no longer a patient. He was a regular and considerate patient for several years. When he really needed to see a doctor was when they told us. Some notification would have been nice. After 4 weeks we are still waiting for the Family Dr Find to call us with a new doctor. Still don't have a doctor but went to Victoria Urgent Care where we got the help he needed. They were terrific there! REALLY long wait times at this clinic.
