With so many pharmacies in this city, deal with another one. These guys leave antibiotics scheduled for delivery in a drawer and forget all about it. Prescriptions phoned in one day aren’t ready the next.

Horrible horrible horrible. Always a system issued or down. No real leadership or organization in this place. Had to wait an hour for a medication they told me was ready from last 2 weeks! I only truly have sympathy for the lone cashier who i could see where trying her best to accommodate everyone. This place needs change but until then I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Surprised to see a low rating! I've come here for years and ALWAYS been super pleased. I recommend speaking with the pharmacy and asking their instructions on how to save time. There are so many ways they can help do that. But again, in my opinion this particular pharmacy location is excellent! Keep up the GREAT work!

I went to get my shot for Covid-19 and I ended up being sick 5 to 6 days and my asthma got active and I coughed so much that I require another puffer. The reason I am writing this post is simply, if you have underlying condition don believe the pharmacist that you will be ok. This experience has already cost me $200.00 dollars in medication so I breathe.

The pharmacists told me they would keep me updated on the status of a prescription. But of course they weren’t able to fill it and never contacted me. I had to call back myself to find this out and took 20 minutes on hold.

worst pharmacy ever lol they do not care at all and are so rude about it too, if you want ur prescription ur gonna have to call 3 times to make sure they have it ready and aren’t lying about it, sometimes they will lie and then you get there and then they tell you they ran out of your prescription. this is a serious thing some people could get very ill physically and mentally without their medication and they DONT CARE

This pharmacy is terrible!!!! I regularly spend an hour or more on hold just trying to refill my prescriptions, if I want them the same day. When I do use the automated phone service it often takes several days for them to fill the prescriptions. The pharmacists are usually rude and condescending, and also not knowledgable about the products they carry. If you can go anywhere else, do it!

We moved our prescriptions here thinking we would get more points, and it would be convenient because we do our grocery shopping here. It's been 6 months of headaches. The spellings on our prescriptions are wrong. They can't figure out how to direct bill - they tell us the prescription isn't eligible, but they didn't even submit it. They tell us the order is ready for pickup, only we get there and we're told it will be 30 minutes. Or we fill a prescription for 3 of an item, and they give us 1. When we catch it (because they don't mention it, or make a note, etc), they told us to come back on another day. So we come back then, and they have no idea what we're talking about. This pharmacy is so poorly run, it's a wonder they stay in business. We have moved our prescriptions elsewhere.
