★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Justin has been amazing with my gf and I . He is always accommodating and patient with her as she has trust issues when it comes to dealing with her neck. He always sends us new exercises to do at home that help a lot. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Dr. Justin is very knowledgeable and capable. He is able to accurately assess and treat your problem areas for a speedy recovery. I have been to many clinics over the years but I believe I have found the one clinic I'll be going to for all my problems from now on.
I highly recommend Arc Health and Wellness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Arseneau is hands down the best Chiropractor/Physiotherapist that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only is he knowledgable, but he truly and genuinely does care for his patients. I've been to a few physio/chiropractors in my life, and nobody even comes close to matching Dr. Arseneau's expertise.
I've dealt with pretty bad lower back pain from squats/deadlifts- he made sure to break down what was causing it and provided long term solutions to managing said pain, and now I'm back to normal.
In other words, he doesn't just provide passive therapy for your ailments, he'll make sure that you're moving CORRECTLY by assessing the root cause of your problem.
If you want to get your body right, I highly recommend him!

He not only provided immediate relief for my injuries, he also left me with stretches and exercises I could do myself to improve my condition. Justin always makes sure that I feel reassured upon leaving his office with all my questions answered.

Dr. Arseneau took the time to get all the details, he treated me and gave me a short term plan, including exercises to strengthen the problem areas and prevent a recurring of pain. He is kind, thorough and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!!!

He takes the time to figure out your situation, displays care and is a great conversationalist, haha. Appointments and interactions are stress-free and hes been flexible with scheduling. Thanks doc!
