Had my welder serviced for warranty work, they forgot to plug in one of the main connections inside my welder. I had to drive two hours to go back and get it fixed. Luckily the young man working all alone that day, with no supervisor around fixed it for me that morning as he wasn’t busy. He said the owners would have billed the company for the work done even though it was their fault for not putting the plug back together.
