Everyone we dealt with at Aquamart was friendly, courteous, and very professional. Jack Moore was great - went over the various options and answered questions so we could make the best decision for our situation. Dave did a great job of installing the water softener, made efficient use of the available space in the basement, and cleaned everything up perfectly after he was finished. We couldn’t be happier with our new water softener and the terrific customer service we received from everyone at Aquamart!

We installed their water softening system at our farm fourteen years ago and when we had a problem last week their owner Jack was all over it. A technician showed up the next day, diagnosed the problem and Jack made sure that he came up with a more than equitable solution to the problem. Needless to say, we recommend Jack and his AQUAMART team for your water treatment needs. Thanks again Jack, it’s been a pleasure knowing and working with you and the team. All the best, Mike

When it came to install he made sure to accommodate our schedules with making it happen as quickly as possible! Customer service was absolutely fantastic and we would recommend them to all of our family and friends.

Due to the lack of care on our previous unit that we inherited it started to go. Jack & Mark were very communicative during the entire process and had a new one installed that day! We received a follow up the next day as well ensuring that everything was going well and that the proper post-install steps were taken by us. Thanks again guys!

I asked to buy a Kinetico water softener and Jack was honest with me and said it was too much unit for only a couple. He came to the house to meet with the plumber to make sure the install went smoothly. The install team were very courteous and did a great job on the install. I have no hesitation recommending the Aquamart Team.
