The hot tub service has actually been less expensive than I expected and is completed as promised, on time. Zero problems. Stephen went the extra mile when I went in to buy a bbq; very little in stock (because of the supply chain issues with the pandemic) but he kept looking around until he found something in my price range that was on the floor (no upselling). Email communications have been prompt to any questions. Great business to work with.

Staff are very positive and super friendly. It was a no-brainer for us to purchase a gas fireplace and patio furniture from them too. Great service, friendly staff!

They have been nothing but amazing to work with since day 1, they are always there when you need them, from friendly customer service to competitive prices. I also use them multiple times a year for semi annual hot tub servicing, they are the best in the Bow Valley! I Highly recommend this business, ask for Stephen he is awesome.
