I met Akim at the home show. He came to the house and did the water tests. After a very detailed test he recommended the best system for my needs. He didn't try to upsell, and was very reasonably priced. Came to the house soon after and did a clean install. Many water guys will try to sell you over priced stuff you don't need. Not this guy!

The installation was smooth and the system appears to be working well. The follow-up email with a list of simple 'how to's' and the courtesy phonecall a few days after the install was greatly appreciated. I feel confident that I made the right choice with Aqtros Water.

Our experience with Akin was awesome, he was punctual and arrived on time. He was very diligent and knowledgeable and he explained everything he was doing along the way. Akin left the worksite as clean as he found it and we will definitely call him again for any future services.

We were away during the week when the lower mainland hit negative 18 degrees for like the first time in history and we didn't clue in to turn on the heater in our pump house. Needless to say, when we came back home, we found out that our water pump, big blue filter housing, and some other pipes were all frozen and exploded. I googled and phoned Aqtros Water and Akin spent nearly an hour or so walking me through my options. He is very patient and knowledgeable when it comes to water treatment systems. He showed a lot of understanding and compassion to the fact that we were were going to be without water for the next little while. I really didn't expect to get this level of service even before a service call was booked. We had to wait for 1 week because everything was still frozen in the pump house. He even followed up after 3-4 days to just ask how the thawing was coming along. 1.5 weeks passed by, Aqtros Water delivered my big blue housing filter to my place, and wow what can I say, the service tech Akin was super helpful and offered to help me to correct the plumbing lines that the previous plumber did. What I like about him is that he uses simply analogies to explain water treatment for dummies like me. Try another company and you are not going to get this level of personable service. This is truly a local, like your next-door-neighbor-kind-of-helpful-guy who is not there to upsell you. Rather than solely profit driven, Aqtros Water is simply passionate about what they do and they will go over and beyond to bring their amazing service to your door. Their service and value are over and beyond the rate they charge. If you are like me (on well water and use filtration/softener to obtain clean and drinkable water) and have very little knowledge when it comes to it, look no further, give Aqtros Water a call and you will know what I mean by being serviced by a down to earth and kind hearted company.
