★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a great experience with the Aptitude Rehab team, including the receptionist, admin staff, and therapists.
For example, my massage therapist Saeeda Abbasi was very attentive to my needs and made sure that I was comfortable while consulting with me to determine what issues I had and following up with me each visit.
Also, I've had a great experience with Senthil as my physiotherapist.
I would highly recommend Aptitude Rehab's services to anyone!

They keep asking you if you need help. They always give me right advice.They treat patients like their family member!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to Aptitude Rehab with a tight neck and shoulder and I was in great pain when I visited them. I can feel the difference after just one massage and physiotherapy session.The staff is always prepared for you. Good at keeping everything on schedule. Clean and friendly environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one star since cant write without it. awful experience from you guys. at very first they will show you all kindness and love and affection but once you started your therapy and other appointments. there way of dealing totally changed. arrogant, irresponsible, cancel and change the appointment on 5-10 minutes before the appointment. even sometime without asking you. worst experience with them specially front desk Ms. hardeep. Now you will say after reading my review we do not have a client named you. good excuse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was kind, that's why its 2 stars. Went for physio, unhappy with the service. A very "passive" approach to treatment, charged me $100 to just talk to me and put on some massage machine for 15 mins which did not help. I'm sorry, but go somewhere else for long-term pain that you want long-term solutions for.
