Gotta love how they can only "borrow" so many hours because you put off school to finish a job up. Its like they get off on seeing people get refused a stamp in their book. Not like it affects their paycheck. Honestly can't wait to be done this apprenticeship and won't be starting another one.

Terrible to deal with. The whole system is flawed with AIT. Tried to email my department head today and instead of receiving a simple response to a polite email, or no response at all I get a notification that my email was blocked from ever contacting him again. Completely unprofessional to deal with every time I've had to.

Never have I been talked down to and condescended by people as often as these people. They should all be fired and hire people that actually have people skills. Were there to be any other way to get Apprenticeships done I would use that route. These people are the absolute worst and their entire system is flawed. Useless and ignorant!

I haven't had the best experiences in the past, but my last experience with them the staff went above and beyond to help me when they very well could have told me to get lost, and I owe a few beers to a couple people at the office as of late. Thanks guys! Hope to see this upward trend of service quality continue.

The new location is in the Center of Applied technology in nait located on the fourth floor. There is street parking for 1 hour that is free but it is very limited. Other than that there is busing and train. This is where you can also take exams. The ladies were very friendly and more than willing to help out.

They are totally unprofessional. Probably have never worked a day in their lives in the trades. Paid for challenges said I can’t reschedule that I have used them all up. Listen here I paid for them I will do it when I feel ready. Doing a weld test for them you can only use a chipping hammer that’s blunt and a garbage wire brush. Give you head a shake go to a job site and see how many chipping hammers and wire brushes are used lol. Ait should be ashamed of themselves. I tell them how it is all the time.

Going through the apprenticeship training at NAIT was a great experience. I've always been able to call the AIT location downtown and get the right answers to the questions I have In regards to my apprenticeship. Fast forward a few years I am now a business owner and have to work regularly with the the employees on different levels at AIT. IT has always been a decent experience.

When you call you can never get ahold of them. Even if you call exactly when they open, they cancel your apprenticeship if something is forgotten. Then cancel it for no reason at all. When my program got changed from a 3 year to a 4 year. Directly after my apprenticeship was canceled and I can't even get ahold of them to fix it. Legally should have been grandfathered in as a j man. As they broke contract
