Had a problem with our dryer .. fella came over when he said he would be there .. fixed our dryer and put everything back in place. Reasonably priced for a house call .. no issues booking .. I’m surprised to see negative experiences because it certainly wasn’t ours.

Worst experience. They came and checked my fridge and said that they will order a part to fox it. I have been waiting for 2 months to get the part. I have been trying to call them to inquire but the part and they don't even answer my calls anymore. Don't ever deal with them.

Cant even give one star but it wont let me post if I dont. Dont know how they do it? Call for an appointment and they set a time, even asked if they could adjust it. When the time came no one showed up. I called an hour later and was told the Tech was on his way, didn't show so I called again, no answer. I called the next day, no answer, called again in the afternoon and left a message, no response. It ok if you have problems, a phone call would have been nice. Just had to add to the post. I did get a response on Google from this company and they apologized and said they wanted to provide the advertised service if I still wanted. I just had to contact them. So I did contact them and guess what? They never called back.

Booked a technician in for an assessment and quote to repair my fridge; technician showed up over an hour late with no notice. Never received a quote, even after half a dozen calls to their receptionist. Talking with the receptionist was also very challenging as she seemed to struggle with basic information and following the dialog. I would never use these guys again.

I used them back in November when I purchased a home with a broken dryer, they came out and replaced a belt in a very timely fashion, but it wasn't fully fixed as it needed bearings. The tech said they were ordered and would be in the beginning of the week as it was a Saturday. I call a week later to find out why they didn't call, and the part wasn't in and it should be in soon, I call a week later and the parts in but they gotta check with the boss when they can install it and will call me back. A week later I call again and I get ghosted. Two weeks later I try again and I'm told the part is not in and they will contact me when it's in. This is now middle of December. Just before new years I call again and they tell me they will have to check and get back to me. My dryer is now no longer working as the belt they replaced is toast cause the bearings are all messed up. I call back the next day, my call is ignored but they text saying they are looking into it. The 4th of Jan comes and I call back, leave a voicemail. Nothing, my SO calls and leaves a voicemail, twice, no response. Still no response by the 6th. Went out and had to buy a new dryer. Don't waste your time with these guys, only bandaided the issue and would have ended up spending the price of a new machine trying to get it fixed

Would give less stars if I could, wish I read the reviews on this company before using them. They were quick to respond at first, with initial visit, ordered the parts that were needed, set up an appointment to come install the parts and tech did not show up, did not call or advise of change, in fact I was sent reminder emails prior to appointment. I got a random message from an international number saying that my dishwasher parts were delayed by Canada Post (after they didn't show up to the appointment) then the same night, I got a message saying they were all good and could come by the following day. Same deal as before, a no show with no advanced notice and multiple miscommunications between tech, receptionist and who I assume is the owner. Four no shows in total. Long story short, do not use this company unless you are looking for the run around and to waste your money. Yes, they finally showed up weeks later, only to use the dishwasher once and have the same problem happen again. They used very cheap parts and after they left we found a piece of metal stuck in our drain, causing even more problems. Completely disappointed with communication, service and the company in general.

I made my first appointment that ended up a no-show. I made a second appointment that was also a no-show. The third appointment the service guy was an hour late. He walked in my home looked ay my stove and said it was the circuit board which I figured already. He charged me the service fee and left. I heard nothing for weeks. I made 3 calls to the office to see what they were doing about it like getting a quote for the part and repair. They said they would get back to me. It has been 4 months and still nothing. Useless.
