My rental suite needed renovating and he provided a low cost fridge, stove, microwave/hood fan, and even found a laundry stacker at the last minute, delivering everything on time within my budget. Later when my own appliances needed replacing he was my go-to source, finding exactly what I needed for the best value in town. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 STAR: Had a refrigerator go down and Mike from Appliance Repairs had one he thought was a good fit. He said it was better than another one he had. They delivered and we see it has:
- Freyed wires on the compressor "fire hazard"
- Rodent Feces throughout
- Black Mold throughout
- Rotting food inside
- Broken shelves
- Freezer seal letting out cold air to the room
For $250, was hoping for something better than I would find on the side of the road with a "free" sign on it. Waiting on Mike, the owner, to make it right. I offered to bring it back for a replacement of appropriate cleanliness with working seals (30 day return on function, but he isn't holding to it yet).
Ill keep this update up-to-date. Furious.
UPDATED to 2 stars.
After posting here and on Yelp, Mike made it right. If he would have done this without me having to convince him, I would have given him 3 stars.
.......While we did end up cleaning up the refrigerator, he came two days later and took it back and reimbursed the entire amount. I found a newer side by side which actually looks brand new for $20 more.

Keep the delivery on time, make the site clean after the installation. Appliance Answer is a great cost effective solution!

Paid a deposit, got clear directions to his location and after paying in full I was also given a 7 day return policy if there were any unseen issues. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to fix appliance issues.
