★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stored here for almost a year now, and have always been impressed by the facility. The manager is friendly and helpful and the facility is always clean and plowed. I have always felt comfortable at night because the site is well lit with bright LED lights mounted on the walls. If you're thinking about getting storage, it's definitely worth getting a tour of the facility in order to get a feel of how well it is taken care of, how clean it is, and how spectacular the staff is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you decide to leave your belongings with them, do not forget these simple steps:
- throughly ask about all the necessary documentation, otherwise you will have to drive back and forth to get it;
- ask several times about additional fees - they do not mention about $20 admin fee and some other mysterious $50 fee when you ask quote over the phone;
- after that you still decide to get to the facility - do write down their emergency phone number. Emergency phone only appears on the office front door but not on any paper that they give you or website. Their pad lock can lock you out at most inconvenient times like weekend and holiday, when nobody answers the phone - the only way to get in and out would be to call their emergency number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signing up to get a storage locker was simple and straightforward. I was given the opportunity to look at the locker before committing to anything. The manager, Dee, was great to explain everything to me. The location is spacious and clean. Getting access 24/7 is a great plus. The place is extremely well lit at night, and there are cameras everywhere. Space is limited, but if there is a free locker and you are close by, then I highly recommend this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location to rent some storage space. It is conveniently located north of Bloomington south of Aurora road. It's very clean and the rates are reasonable $99 for a 10 x 5 unit. The onsite manager is very efficient and provides great customer service. I would highly recommend this place if anyone is looking for storage space to tuck away old stuff.

This location is available with 24 hour access making it very convenient for me.
Would highly recommend this location to anyone who's looking for a storage unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After calling many storage locations in and around the GTA, Apple Self Storage in Aurora was the only location that had an available and affordable outdoor parking spot for my 30' travel trailer. Dee, the Boss Lady, made it all happen and setting it up and signing papers were super easy. Thanks again Dee for all of your help. Access to the gated area is also easy to get to.
