★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first experience did not go very well but in the spirit of giving them a second chance, we used their service again. Our driver this time was Mark. He was prompt, courteous and even stopped on the way home so we could run into a store to buy milk. That gesture was very much appreciated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I booked the round trip service from Newmarket to Pearson Airport and got charged the full amount for the deliver already. Their driver didn't show up for the return pick up. Their customer service is unacceptable, they told me either wait for another 1.5 hour or take a taxi home...No refund neither...
NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be warned. If you give this company your credit card number when you make your reservation they immediately charge your card even if you are not using them for several days. I had to cancel my reservation and 3 weeks and several phone calls later I am still waiting for my refund. Have used this company several times but won’t be using them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver was friendly. Administratively very poor to deal with. Offered me a credit for a round trip fare I booked when I had a cancelled flight. Called 4 times, left messages no one will reply to me and give a credit, I has been 1 month. I will not be using this service in the future any more nor do I recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a return trip. Lynn the driver was excellent. They cancelled our return trip do to Covid-19 BUT they have not returned the prepaid return trip fee.
No response after many calls and text message.
Keeping the money is stealing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You left TWO girls at the airport at 2am with no way home!! If anything happened to us, it could have caused some SERIOUS consequences with your company!!
TERRIBLE terrible company! I booked a week and a half in advance and they never showed up at the air port. No one picked up the numbers they had on their website.
Gunna have a long talk with them in the morning and get my money back.
My friend and I were stuck at the airport at 2am and no way to get home.
Just take the air port taxi. Much MUCH cheaper!
