He texted and asked if I was living close, I was, so he drove it over to me. I didn't expect it but was grateful to him for his amazing customer service especially on a very cold winter evening!
D	Dr. Evil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to this company and asked to postpone delivery as I'm going to be away for several day. They said this is not the level of service the shipper has paid for, so they will drop it at the porch, where it's going to sit until I'm back.
R	Ra's Al on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Ordered a package from Amazon - never got a call(put instructions on Amazon Order to ALWAYS CALL ME) or ETA from AppleExpress, nothing. - the delivery personnel put a sticky on a random spot on the condo mailboxes(did not put it on my mailbox?) - i live 1 minute away(walk) from a CanadaPoste pharmacy(which Amazon usually drops off if no door answer) but they decided to drop off at a random pharmacy 20 minutes away from where i live (40 minutes to and fro) gas isnt cheap. Amazon going with the lowest bidder..

Jan 8 I called asking to track it be ause my eBay order said it was being returned to shipper because address could not be found. I gave exact correct address, they said they'd send it out for re delivery. I asked for a date for that, they said they were unable to give one but that it had to 'be rescanned' and would be sent out again. January 13 2022 I call back in as the tracking info still has not been updated and still says delivery date of Dec 23 2021. They tell me that a delivery had been 'attempted' on Jan 13 (today) AGAIN and due to 'inclement weather' they were unable to deliver. Roads are perfect and wearher is 3 above zero. EBay needs to rethink their carrier.
I	Iryna Nekh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall I found these guys reliable so far and delivering fairly quickly once the items get to their facility. But I do not understand why your people cannot ring the doorbell when they are leaving the item at my door in plain view. I am ALWAYS at home and this would help avoid any subsequent issues with the delivery as I can get the package inside right away.
N	Napoleone Pucci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an Item from ebay , the delivery driver was in Edmonton and could not find my address when I live in Sherwood Park he called me and said i will see item next day but instead he sent the item back to the seller. In the end I was refunded the money from ebay. Had to now reorder the item and now costing me $90 more just cause this courier could not find an address. I will never buy anything if they are involved with it in any way. Stay away from these guys. Too bad, we do have this thing called google maps on cell phones where any idiot can find an address.

They are geared towards industrial/warehouse shipping, so if you are a business requiring trucks call them - disregard the negative reviews and give them a chance. They are accountable, reliable and take their customer service seriously.

The driver dropped it to the wrong door. Asked my neighbors around but no one has seen it. So now I have no idea where my package went. Very upset and frustrated with the company. They just told me a few addresses nearby that they thought the driver could have dropped it off at and told me to go door to door asking to figure it out. Worst delivery experience I've ever had. They sent a confirmation picture to me of the delivery which is definitely to a house that is not mine. Now I have no idea where to begin to find my package or to get a refund from. Their customer service is awful. They offer no help. Often wont pick up phone calls and make you leave a call back number, and when they call back it only rings one time before they hang up and do it again. I was supposed to get email updates on the situation and they've sent none. I've had to call over and over to follow up and get no where.
