★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m extremely happy with the quality of service from Bath Fitter. I had Joanne come and go over everything that is offered and my options. John was friendly and polite when he arrived to install tub surround for me. Parking is limited in my complex and he was willing to move his vehicle to an opening without any issues. I had my water turned off for a portion of the day but was no concern for me. When he was done he cleaned up and left no trace that he was even here. They really do install in just one day. I love my new tub surround and it’s so easy to clean! I definitely recommend Bath Fitter :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seldom does the sales experience, the quality of the product, and the installation experience all exceed our expectations for contractor home renovations. This was the case with our recent Bath Fitters installation. We have previously redone 2 showers with the other contractors the experience for which was long, dirty, disruptive, and full of unknowns and surprises. Not the case with Bath Fitters. Robert did a great job guiding us through product options and answering all of our questions about what we could expect from start to finish. The installation was done in a timeline as promised. Josh is an amazing installation samurai! He was fast, efficient, detail oriented and responsive to my concerns. He was able to safely remove our existing (newer) glass tub door and reinstalled it after I cleaned it up. This saved us $850 and he returned the new door under the contract back to inventory without any charges to us. He also did a wrap around finish from extra material that apparently was not in the original contract. Again without the normal $100 surcharge. Most importantly the end result really looks professionally finished we gives me a sense of pride. Thanks Bath Fitters. I would definitely recommend you to anyone facing a bathroom Reno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Originally, we had them come in and redo the tub and surround, it was done in a day, pleasant and it is still gorgeous! Service was excellent and all that we dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. We recently called them in to install an extra grab bar and add to our shower, & it is not a pleasant experience so far, we have spent a lot of time waiting & wondering when the service man will show up with no phone calls from him & missed appointments. It is currently 11:00 am and we are waiting for our 8:00am service call to show up. Disappointing to say the least..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely recommend Bath Fitter! It took Owie (the installer) only 1 and a half days to remove the old tub/shower we had and install the new one! He kept everything clean and he didn't mar any of our newly painted walls in the hall as he took out the old stuff and brought in the new. I forgot to take a picture of the old tub/shower to fully show the comparison. So happy we went with this company! Thank you Bath Fitter!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeah I got a quote for a corner stand up shower and it was 6300 before taxes. That is absolutely outrageous. You can buy brand new ones at Home Depot for under 1000

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took me three tries to get a call back and a hold of anyone, then I went there and tried to book an in home estimate and they never got back to me to confirm. They obviously don't need any business, or just don't care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a surround done in Jan 2022. The first time we called them was to have our handheld shower head replaced because there technician broke it when he was removing it. As well the technician did not caulk everywhere. They also dented our bathtub in two spots and took $200 off the bill (not sure if I was ripped off or not but at least they did something). Someone came out to fix the caulking and replace the shower head.
It is now just over 2 months since it was completed and several areas of caulking has split. Most areas that are attaching to the bathtub are not flush, so when you put your foot on the side of the bath to wash the caulking separates. Bath Outfitters was highly recommended by a friend of mine but I can’t say that I would recommend them. Considering the cost of the surround, I am completely unsatisfied by the issues we are having just two months after having it installed.
UPDATE: March 21,2022
josh from bath outfitters came out to the house this morning and fixed everything. Josh was amazing in fixing the issues and also reiterated that he was always willing to address any issues going forward. So while I was not impressed with the original issues I am completely satisfied with the customer service therefore I am changing my rating from a 2 to a 4 Thanks Josh
