Great service, timely. I had a cracked windshield, they fit me in without notice. Parts were ordered etc in no time. They shuttled me back home which is great and very handy--since I was now car-less! Everyone was friendly, Randy was great. Nothing bad to say!

Eric, Paul and Erwin were terrific at the Leaside location! Honest, friendly and knowledgeable. I went in this morning to repair a chip on my windshield. Little did I know that it was not a chip at all, but tree resin that was stuck (through countless rainstorms and snow in Ottawa). They could have tried to sell me on something, but they did not try to make a sale. I appreciated their honesty. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for work done by a team of honest professionals!

I Have never made a post on Google before! I even created an account just so I could share my wonderful experience. I was in the waiting room of the Apple Auto Glass on Laird Dr, waiting with a family member while they were having their windshield replaced. From the moment the Manager Michael McLean greeted us, I could tell the experience would be a positive one. Not only did he deliver on all promises, including taking care of the insurance paper work, providing us with coffee and conversation, but all while dealing with numerous customers and phone calls. Which brings me to why I wrote in with a positive comment. In my 3 hours waiting around I witnessed Michael treat customers like family. He provided a lady with an umbrella out of the golf bag in his OWN car, so she wouldn't get wet walking to the shopping plaza. He helped another Lady remove and carry in her child's stroller and toys. I realize these aren't major instances, but they were done without the customer asking for them. In my books, that kind of care/service makes me know exactly who to call when I have a problem with my automotive glass. Both my family member and I agree, that this was the BEST AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD.

I took my GLC300 there with a big scratch on the side passenger window. The gentlemen that helped me was great. Told me to go to Mercedes and get the window and they'd replace it for me. Saved me a lot of money and time. Work was perfessional and done fast. A place you can trust. Will definitely go back. Thanks again.

Rear view window was Broken/ needed replacement. Insurance recommended this location. Car was at the location for about 72 hours after a delay with the rear glass being ordered....As well after replacement there was still glass in my back seat and it was not vacuumed or cleaned. No shuttle service was offered. Service desk was very friendly, glass replacement looks good but time and clean up was not sufficient

Great staff and were able to accommodate me the day that I showed up with no appointment. The work completed on my windshield was perfectly done to the point that I couldn't tell where the crack was. Easy to talk and great service. Highly recommend this location.

It was good they came to my location, but they wanted cash only... and no receipt was given even after several times asking. They said they will do it that day and it never comes.

--- reviewed 2019-04 --- I came to get my broken car door window replaced. I called up 6 vendors. They educated me there are 3 types of window glass. 1. OE which is used by dealerships and the engrave the car model into the glass. This is the most expensive. 2. OEE is the same glass from the same factory with the same glass tests without the engraving. 3. After-market. The glass doesn't go through the same tests so may be of inferior quality. This is the cheapest. The vendors that I called used after-market glass and were indeed cheaper. Three vendors used OEE glass and were about the same price. It turns out Speed Glass and Apple Auto Glass are the same company but because Speedy has TV ads, they charge more for the same glass. The staff are very nice and informative. They even recommended that I wait until temperatures are above 0C before doing tinting or else air bubbles may show up. It is best to make an appointment and they are punctual. I was there a few years ago to fix a small chip on my front windshield. They said it may spread which is typical so I may have to replace my entire windshield but after a few years, it hasn't spread so I would conclude they did an excellent job patching it! When buying windshield wipers from them, installation is free. There is free WiFi. They are located near a small mall where there are Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Aroma Espresso Bar, Longos, and some restaurants. --- update 2019-09-05 --- I fixed a windshield chip with them in 2014. I saw a chip again almost in the same spot. It costs $105 + tax to fix it and it is 100% covered by insurance. I got an appointment the next day (I called yesterday). When I arrived, they inspected it and said it was the original chip that they repaired. With Sun and cold, the filling could fall out with windshield wipers. Yes I used the wipers 3 days prior! They said they will take 20 mins to refill it free of charge! They will cancel my insurance claim! This is great service! I bought the best wipers from them 6 months ago. A month ago they started making noise as the wipers moved upward. They said they would investigate it for me. It turns out the person who installed it removed a thin adapter so the wipers were loose. They put in an adapter and it is now quiet. No charge. They also have a coffee/tea/hit chocolate machine you can use while waiting.
