★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property manager is terrible -- the worst person that I've ever met my whole life. He is very rude, tough and arrogant, and he doesn't wanna help tenants to solve any problems. Don't rent the apartments in this building. Otherwise you will regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an unsafe and unsecured building. There is no permanent concierge, and people come and go at will, even random strangers. Very alarming for a building right downtown. There is no delivery space, so packages are left in front door of the units. Because of that, packages are stolen. Obviously management declined responsibility, and blame residents for sending packages at their home, and not being present for receiving it. Management is minimizing the number of thefts, but based on my investigations, multiple packages have been stolen over the last few months especially during Black Fridays and Xmas period. I suspect the THEFT even LIVES in the building, but no action is taken by management.
Regarding the management of the building itself, the service is below average. They are very slow in responding to requests for fixing things. Hallways are cleaned once in a long while, stains on carpet start to appear. There is also a bar on the ground floor of the building, so if you have the misfortune to live above it, you wont be sleeping at night on Friday and Sunday nights.
Overall, this building is too expensive for the service, quality and safety it provides.

I moved in to an appartment facing sun for most of the day, and according to the building "manager" it was absolutely normal for it to heat up to 28C with A/C on full blast, even when shades were down etc. Anything takes incredibly long time to get fixed.
One redeeming feature of this building is the janitor who is incredibly helpful and nice person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been living here since July 2019 and after 3 years we enjoy living here. The management and staff on site are very kind and helpful. We do not hear any neighbours nor the street when the windows are closed.
The building is super clean and extremely well kept by Sergio. He is fantastic. One of our cabinet door broke and it got fixed very quickly.
I guess the only “issue” is that the AC could be more powerful as it can get warm in the summer. On the bright side you do not need to turn on the heater at all during the winter.
Our experience living here has been a pleasure.
