She was very helpful in the selection and explanation of the machine and the mask. After two weeks of using, this new ResMed CPAP AirSense 10 Machine is very quiet and very easy to operate and the mask is very comfortable. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a cpap machine from them in the west island it was amazing service but after i payed for it there was no more service so I tried the store in vaudreuil the machine stops working the mask does not fit properly all they want is more money my machine is one and half years old and I have to buy a new one what a waste of 2000 dollars beware of this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's unfortunate that I cannot give them a 0 stars. I came in to get information about the test and the steps required to have a test done. First, no one was at the front desk. A lady came from one of the rooms and she was extremely unwilling to help. I asked about the test and if the test was covered by RAMQ. She immediately brushed me off. She told me that they were a private clinic and that I should go to the hospital... as if I didn't have money to pay for their test! I needed information and I was not expecting the test to be free! She immediately went back to her office and said go to Valleyfield hospital. What a shame! It is sad when you try to encourage local businesses. I guess I will be bringing my money to another clinic.
