Ils sont venus faire une inspection du drain un jour de très grosse pluie, j'ai payé 1500$ (Excavation+caméra+rapport), bon jusque là tout va bien... Par la suite j'ai appeler plusieurs fois pour essayer d'avoir mon rapport, on me répondait "vous allez recevoir le rapport cette semaine", puis ensuite "on a pas votre adresse e-mai"l (je l'ai donné 3 fois), et après ils me dit qu'a cause de l'eau ils n'ont pas pu inspecter, qu'ils vont revenir passer la caméra mais qu'ils ne me chargera pas... Puis le final: il me demande presque 700$ pour cette deuxième visite ...???? Il veut me faire croire qu'après plus de 10 ans de pratique ils ne savait pas que la pluie allait empêcher d'inspecter comme il faut....? Quel manque de professionnalisme, sans compter qu'il m'a raccrocher au nez quand je lui ai fait part de mon insatisfaction... Je suis actuellement en procédure de plainte avec la CMMTQ et probablement bientôt avec RBQ pour dénoncer ce genre de pratiques... J'encourage les personnes victimes de ce genre de problèmes à faire la même chose, peut-être cela évitera que d'autres ne subissent un tel niveau d'incompétences professionnelle et relationnelle.... Et surtout n'hésitez pas à poster vos avis sur Google afin d'aider les prochains dans le choix de leur entrepreneur...

They came in a day, poorly equipped and were not able to give me a full report about the french drain test by camera. In addition, they ask for money for a job they have not done, and they have emptied my hot water to thaw their pipes, which is a company that does not deserve to have their liscences of RBQ and CMMTQ In addition, they do not know how to treat their customers as they should.
P.S. I am obliged to give a star to post but I do not recommend and they do not deserve this star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not trust these guys. Dishonest, unreliable, incompetent. They charged me over $1000 to try to find a problem in my plumbing system, left after theee hours and said they would come back the next day. Now it's been 2 weeks and they do not answer the phone or return my messages. Stay away.
