They take everything you want into consideration (ie: where you normally part your hair, if you use products, etc). They really listen to everything you want and tell you how they can make it happen. My cut was excellent. My hair feels so healthy after leaving there! The interior of the spa is absolutely gorgeous and it offers such a calming atmosphere.

The staff were welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in - following all safety protocols. The room where I received my facial was calming with a warm fireplace and soft music. I received the hydrating & soothing treatment with the collagen eye treatment add-on and saw immediate improvements! Emileigh went above and beyond to make the experience relaxing, providing an amazing hand, shoulder and head massage after applying the mask. I will definitely return to try out other services!

From the booking of the appointment to the staff (Jenn) who did my massage and facial, it was very warm and welcoming. All Covid measures in place but you didn’t notice because the ambiance of this spa, super clean and professional staff made my massage for the first time in two years a welcoming and desperately needed experience. Thank you and I will see you in a month as I already booked my next facial.

My hair was very grown out and brittle from the lack of maintaining it during the pandemic, but Rhonda did an excellent job coming up with the best solution to make my hair look extremely healthy and lively. The salon is very clean and they also have great covid safety protocols in pace. Overall a great experience.

They take COVID measures very seriously which made us feel very safe and they are all so professional and polite which has made us return twice since our first visit. I’m so happy that we have an establishment like Aphrodite in Kemptville where we can get quality services that are reasonably priced. The owner is often there as well and is so friendly and has excellent client service skills. Really love the services and cannot wait to visit again in a couple of weeks!

As a person with Early Onset Vascular Dementia, I would appreciate if the salon handed out business cards with the date of next appointment. I would carry the business card in my wallet for easy access should I need to change or cancel my appointment.

I was warmly welcomed upon my arrival and offered appropriately sized spa slippers. Amy, as always, did a fabulous job trimming and styling my hair. I look forward to my next visit!
